In 2008, we were certified by the Ministry of Economy, Trade, and Industry as an IT-managed business. Since 2005, we have been employing a barcode-based manufacturing control system that facilitates small, mixed lot manufacturing.
We centrally maintain and manage several thousand design blueprints and over 10,000 discrete parts. We operate several processes: a manufacturing process that manages time and turnaround before delivery; a production load management process that calculates production requirements and costs at the factory; and an individual cost price management system, which computes and tabulates goods cost on a per-item basis.
These processes work in conjunction to allow us to respond to our customers with great speed and meet strict deadlines. In addition, we can efficiently meet customers’ needs for cost reduction and budgeting. The result is a win-win situation for customers, us, and partner businesses.
